In August 2010 me and my two friends went to the Russian Altai Mountains. We did one long trek from the village of Chibit through Shavlo valley and Abyl-Ojuk pass to the south side of the Northern Chuiski Range to return back north via peak Kupol. Eventually we had some spare time to visit Maashey Gorge on our way back to the starting point.
